
The projects will be built on Sathorn-Taksin Road, Chaeng Wattana Road and Ratchada-Huai Khwang Road.
The projects will have eight-storey buildings with three types of apartments - studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments - with utilisation spaces between 22.5 and 64 square metres.
The company has sold all the two-bedroom apartments, director and chief business officer Prasert Taedullayasatit said.
With strong demand in the market, the company has adjusted its sales price for the three city-condominium projects according to their location.
The Seed at Chaeng Wattana Road now fetches Bt63,000 per square metre, a rise of 16.6 per cent, from Bt54,000 per square metre registered in the first quarter of this year.
The Seed at Ratchada-Huai Khwang Road has a sales price of Bt54,000 per square metre, a 25-per-cent rise, from its earlier price of Bt43,000 per square metre. The Sathorn-Taksin Road Seed offers units at Bt66,000 per square metre, up 13.7 per cent, rising from Bt58,000.
The Seed on Chaeng Wattana Road has sold 70 per cent of its 210 units, the project on Sathorn-Taksin Road with 219 units has recorded sales of 80 per cent, and The Seed on Ratchada-Huai Khwang Road has sold 80 per cent of its 308 units.
The projects will be built with an "condominium-meets-city" theme. The company has also designed the lobbies in the modern-contemporary style by using earth-tones.
Construction will start in the second half of this year and is expected to be complete by the middle of next year.
