
The campaign is part of the company's drive to reach its 2008 revenue target of Bt505 million.
The events at Central Plaza Pinklao will be held on Thursday and July 16, while those at Central Plaza Lat Phrao will be held on July 22 and July 28.
Four Pattana's managing director Pramote Theerakul said the company expected sales of around Bt100 million from the events, which it is holding to help offset high costs in the sector.
A number of companies are delaying building new housing projects as many potential buyers have seen a sharp fall in their purchasing power.
From January to June, the cost of building materials has risen an average of 11.2 per cent. Steel prices have soared 59 per cent, wood prices are up 10 per cent and the cost of sand has risen 7 per cent.
Pramote said the company's net profit had dropped from around 10 per cent to 7 per cent due to the increases. As a result, the company has had to restructure its business strategy to cut costs by introducing the Four Pattana Golden Weeks sales campaign, which offers fully furnished houses.
The new concept will offer a new home, interior and garden design at a one-stop service centre. This will help the company reduce its construction period from around 20 months to only 14 months, including interior design.
This will reduce overall construction costs by nearly 10 per cent.
Pramote said the new series would also be on offer at the Home-Builder Expo 2008 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre from August 20-24.
The company recorded revenue of Bt237 million in the first half of this year, up nearly 10 per cent on the same period last year.
