Medical council to decide if MP had immunity

Medical Council of Thailand secretary-genearl Dr Amnat Kusalanant said the council will rule on Thurday whether Democrat Party party list MP Dr Malinee Sukwetchaworakit has MP immunity over her remark in Parliament that Prime Minsiter Samak Sundaravej had personality disorders.

Samak said in his weekly programme "Talk Samak Style'' that the council should check whether Dr Malinee broke medical ethics for inappropriately analysing his health conditions in Parliament.
