Court expected to issue injunction today over Preah Vihear

The People's Alliance for Democracy expects the Central Administrative Court to issue injunction against the government over the Preah Vihear Temple 6 AM on Friday.



Suwat Apaipak, PAD's lawyer said the court would rule today or Monday the latest on the PAD's petition to revoke the Cabinet resoultion to endorse Cambodia's bid to list Preah Vehear as a UNESCO's World Heritage site.

He said the court met till 10 PM last night and did not call for additional evidence.
