Number One to launch three new projects
Number One Housing Development plans to launch three residential projects worth Bt1 billion in the second half in a bid to drive its annual sales to the targeted level of Bt800 million.
They will comprise both townhouse and detached-house projects, managing director Suthum Suwarnnapasri said yesterday.
The company is now developing only one project - Blue Lagoon -worth Bt2.7 billion, on the Bang Na-Bang Pa-in ring road. The first phase has sold out and the second is under construction and selling. To encourage sales, there are discounts of 6 to 18 per cent and a one-price campaign for the last 40 detached houses.
The company yesterday also launched a Bt360-million detached-house project called Grand Blue Diamond. The development has only nine units and will focus on the luxury market with detached housing priced between Bt25 million and Bt37 million per unit, Suthum said.
"We believe that our new marketing campaign will drive presales to Bt800 million by the end of the year," he added.
