He said passengers can avail the services by logging on to www.bangkokairways.com. They can buy e-tickets, select seats and check-in to receive boarding passes over the Internet. The boarding passes can then be printed with the barcode. Passengers can check-in over the Web 48 hours before a flight's departure.
The airline plans to launch the service for passengers travelling from Koh Samui airport to Suvarnabhumi Airport before expanding it to cover 23 more destinations. It also plans to provide services through smartphones in the future.
