Administrative Court to decide injunction over Preah Vihear

The Central Administrative Court wiill on Thursday decide on injunction aginst the government not to proceed any activities regarding the Preah Vihear controversy.



The court ordered Foreign Minister Noppadon Pattama or representatives to give testimony by bringing the May 22 Cabinet resoultion that endorsed Cambodia's bid to register Preah Vihear temple as a UNESCO's World Heritage site including the map.

The People's Alliance for Democrancy had earlier filed a request with the court to revoke the Cabinet resolution and an injunction over Preah Vihear temple.
