RS to raise capital by Bt15 million

RS announced yesterday that it will raise its capital by Bt15 million in its subsidiary, News Generation, publisher of entertainment newspaper Dara Daily, as part of a plan to strengthen its content.



The plan will raise the company's registered capital to Bt20 million. It will also pave the way for Nopporn Watin, who has worked in the entertainment business for more than 20 years, to hold a 75-per-cent stake as a major shareholder in News Generation with the remainder owned by RS.

RS chief financial officer Darm Nana said the business strategy would also strengthen the company's operation in terms of financial capital and expansion. - The Nation

Yokohama Rubber sets up sales unit
