Plus Property unveils community townhouses at Hua Mark



Plus Property has launched Town Plus, a boutique community townhouse, at Hua Mark. The Bt400-million project offers 116 units.

The project offers flexible housing designs with utilisation space ranging between 155 square metres and 179 square metres, Plus Property managing director Piyabutr Lertdumrikarn said.

Prices start at Bt2.99 million.

Bangkok Commercial Asset Management plans sale

Bangkok Commercial Asset Management will offer a special promotion package at "7th NPA Grand Sale". The sale will take place between July 11 and July 13 at the Bangkok Convention Centre, Central Plaza, Lat Phrao.

The special packages include discounts of 20 per cent to 30 per cent and PTT oil coupons worth between Bt5,000 and Bt1 million, the company's managing director Banyong Wisetmongkolchai said.

Customers will also be able to avail special mortgage loans at rates 3 per cent less than the minimum loan rate for 10 years of the loan contract.  

"We expects sales between Bt300 million and Bt400 million during the three-day event," Banyong  said.

Asian Property Development seeks to drive up sales in Q2

Asian Property Development has launched a promotional campaign to drive up its sales in the second quarter.

It has tied up with Siam Commercial Bank to offer loans at zero-per-cent interest for the first six months of a loan contract. It is also offering home-buyers free furniture and home-decor items worth Bt700,000.

The scheme covers six Baan Klang Muang projects on Rama IX-Ramkhamhaeng Road, Rama IX-Ring Road, Srinakarin-Pattanakarn Road, Kaset-Nawamin Road, Lat Phrao-Chok Chai 4 Road and Ratchavipha Road. The campaign will run till the end next month.

Architecture Exhibition

Thailand Creative & Design Centre in retrospective mode

Thailand Creative & Design Centre (TCDC), in collaboration with the Association of Siamese Architects Under Royal Patronage, has opened an exhibition - "Keeping up - Modern Thai Architect, 1967-1987" - that traces the evolution of Thai architecture.

The event will run till September 14 at TCDC's Exhibition Room 2, sixth floor, Emporium Shopping Complex. 

The exhibition is divided into three parts, "Bangkok in Pursuit of Modernity", "Modern City Dwellers" and "Tycoons Go Skyscraping".
