After setting up headquarters in Singapore 18 months ago, the group has opened a branch in Thailand, Profitable Group operations director for Asia John A Nordmann said.
The group has branches in Brunei, Canada, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines as well.
"We don't plan to buy land in Thailand. We will offer investment opportunities to Thais who want to generate high returns on investment," he said.
The group has opened shop in Thailand because it believes Thai investors are interested in investing in land in the UK, Nordmann said.
Established in 2004, the group began expansion in Asia 18 months ago. The group's infrastructure arm is focusing on the Southeast Asian region, running advertising and branding campaigns in collaboration with ESPN.
It has 10,000 clients in Asia with investments valued at 200 million Singapore dollars or Bt4.5 billion.
With a formidable reputation in the area of strategic land investment, the group has expanded its focus to strategic investment products to achieve its mission of becoming the premier provider of strategic global investment opportunities.
