
The project offers 330 units at prices ranging from Bt5.65 million to Bt10 million. The units' span ranges from 63 square wah to 154.7 square wah and have utilisation space ranging between 210 square metres and 295 square metres.
Casa Ville managing director Prawit Chotwattanaphan said the project was launched with an eye on demand for detached houses on Ratchapreuk-Rattanathibet Road, which has seen strong growth.
