Four Pattana plans a Bt213-million detached-housing project, Baan Bussaba, on Tiwanon Road in Bangkok.

The project will have 43 two-storey units designed in the Modern Oriental style. Two types of units are planned: Type A will have three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a combined utilisation space of 210 square metres.

Type B will have three bedrooms and three bathrooms with a combined utilisation space of 180 square metres.

Prices will start at Bt4.6 million.

Land & Houses bags Trusted Brand Award 2008

Land & Houses has received the Trusted Brand Award 2008 from Reader's Digest Magazine.

The developer's corporate communication vice president, Suparat Veerakul, took the award on the company's behalf.

Land & Houses got the highest score in the property category from consumers. This is the third consecutive year that the company has won the platinum award.

KUN Group to build double houses and townhouses in Rangsit

KUN Group plans a double-house and townhouse project worth Bt500 million at Lum Luk Ka Khlong 3, Rangsit.

The Uthong Place 5 will have 286 units, 10 per cent of which will be double houses and the rest townhouses.

The double houses will have utilisation space of 138 square metres and span 35 square wahs. Prices will start at Bt2.39 million.

The utilisation space of townhouses will range between 94 and 124 square metres. Prices will start at Bt899,000.

Preuksa Real Estate launches 23 projects to drive up sales 

Preuksa Real Estate has launched 23 residential projects worth Bt10 billion in Bangkok as part of a drive to achieve its sales target of Bt20 billion this year, director and chief business officer Prasert Taedullayasatit said.

The company has also opened a service centre on the sixth floor of CentralWorld, Rajdamri Road. The centre will provide information about the company's projects to customers in the central business district.

The company plans more such centres at other locations, he said.
