The property, the first Park Plaza hotel in Thailand, opened earlier this year.
"Our culture is built around friendly, attentive service," said Magne Hansen, the hotel's general manager.
Among the praise from guests that was included in the report was this from a Canadian couple from Alberta: "We have never experienced service like that shown at this hotel. The staff have made this stay one of the most memorable experiences in our trip through Thailand and Vietnam."
An Israeli guest also reportedly enjoyed his stay, saying: "The hotel has been designed for the comfort of the guest, like no other I have seen."
The guest, whose identity was unavailable, said he had been travelling "since 1943 to about 80 countries".
In his 19 global trips, he said he had stayed in places such as Waldorf-Astoria in New York, The Peninsula in Hong Kong, The Imperial in Tokyo and the Plaza Athenee in Paris.
Park Plaza is located near the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre.
It is also close to the Stock Exchange of Thailand and several dining and entertainment outlets.
The 95-room hotel is about 100 metres from Asoke Skytrain Station and an Sukhumvit subway station. Its rooms offer free wireless high-speed Internet, a 32-inch LCD television with laptop connection and a DVD player.
