"No pressure on PPP MPs to withdraw the motion"

People Power Party deputy leader Somchai Wongsawat on Tuesday dismissed the comment from Pracharaj Party leader Snoh Thienthong that the ex-boss of Thai Rak Thai party pressued the PPP MPs to withdraw the constitution amendment motion.

Snoh on Tuesday said the amendment would not sail through because the motion would finally be withdrawn because ex-boss of Thai Rak Thai was pressuring PPP Mps to withdraw their names.

Somchai said MPs had the right to forward the motion and the government had nothing to do with the amendment.
