The Baan Mai will be spread over 21 square wahs and have a combined utilisation space of 149 square metres.

Designed in line with the "modern greenery concept", the houses will have more space with a working corner, master bedroom and a "green" living room.

Prices start at Bt2.89 million per unit.

CMC 'homes in' on Rama II Road with Bt5-billion project

CMC Group is planning a Bt5-billion detached housing project, The Rich, on Rama II Road.

There are 229 units, designed in the Southern California style, with utilisation space ranging between 346.12 square metres and 712.57 square metres.

Prices start at Bt17 million and go up to Bt36 million per unit.

Rasa Property unveils Spanish Courtyard

Rasa Property Development has unveiled a detached-housing project, Rasa Spanish Courtyard, at Soi Maiyalap on Ramindra Road.

The 121-unit project offers three unit types with utilisation space between 247 square metres and 401 square metres.

The prices start at Bt6.95 million and go up to Bt15 million per unit.

City Resort plans Bt450-million project on Rajvithee Road

City Resort Development plans a Bt450-million city-condominium project, Rajvithee City Resort, on Rajvithee Road.

The project will have 169 studio type units with a utilisation space of 30 square metres. Prices start at Bt1.95 million.

The developer has applied for an Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) and construction licence. Construction is expected to begin by the end of this year and finish by 2010.
