High-end market

Quality Houses has unveiled Laddarom on Chaipruak Chanwatana Road, a Bt2-billion detached-housing project that will focus on the high-end market. The floor space will range between 76 square wahs and 120 square wahs with utilisation space in the 200-square-metre to 320-square-metre range.

The project will have 235 units. Prices will range between Bt7 million and Bt12 million per unit.

SC Asset Corporation unveils Bangkok Boulevard

SC Asset Corporation has launched a Bt600 million luxury detached-housing project, Bangkok Boulevard, on Ratchada Ramindra Road.

Prices for the detached houses range between Bt7 million and Bt12 million. The project will have 92 units built over 55 square wahs to 128 square wahs of land per unit.

The developer has succeeded in selling 40 per cent of the project.

Major Development plans high-rise residential project

Major Development plans to launch Reflexion Jomtien, a Bt3.3-billion residential project in Pattaya.

The project will have two 40-storey buildings and is part of the company's plan to launch three new projects this year.

Two of the projects  have been launched already, in the first quarter of the  year.

Kensai Ceramic Industry introduces Granito Tile series

Kensai Ceramic Industry, a manufacturer and exporter of ceramic tiles, recently unveiled its Granito Tile series. 

The tiles come in sizes of 7.62 cm x 30.48 cm and 15.24 cm x 30.48 cm. They have passed international certification tests - ASTM from the United States and the EN 87 standardisation from the European Union. 

They have been designed for use in large buildings and public areas, both as floor and wall tiles.  The tiles are available at all leading home-building stores.
