
GE Money said the "Financial Relief Programme" will be available only to clients who had banked with the firm for more than nine months.
They must also not have a history of "write-offs" in their credit dealings with GE Money. They must also not be involved in any litigation.
GE Money chief operating officer Rohit Khanna said the programme seeks to help ease its customers' burden from changing circumstances including over-indebtedness, income reduction and health issues.
GE Money is identifying customers who qualify.
