Addex Development has unveiled a new project, "The Lakes at Phoenix", in Pattaya. The 118-unit low-rise residential project offers five apartment types - one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, garden unit and penthouse.

The utilisation space ranges between 70 square metres (one bedroom) to 278 square metres (for penthouse). The prices start at Bt80,000 a square metre.

The company plans to start construction on the project by the middle of this year. The apartments are expected to be complete next year.

Resort development

Supharat sets December date to complete luxury-villa project

Supharat Resort is working on a luxury-villa project, "Pran-A-Luxe" in Hua Hin. The company is building 57 upscale tropical villas in the midst of 16 rai of seaside coconut plantation. The prices of the luxury villas start at Bt9.5 million.

The company, which began construction on the project last year, expects to complete it by December.

Phuket

Living Land Capital launches low-rise condominium project

Living Land Capital has unveiled "The Clover", a Bt200-million project in Phuket. The low-rise condominium project has 79 units.

The prices start at Bt1.5 million. The developer has successfully sold 30 per cent of the project.

Living Land Capital director Pattarap Thawiwong na Ayudha expects the project will be sold out by the end of this year.

Riverside project

Supalai's riverside condos ready for possession

Supalai has finished work on the "Supalai Casa Riva". The condominiums are located near Charoenkrung Road on the Chao Phya bank. The prices start at Bt54,900 a square metre.

The utilisation space ranges between 80 square metres and 421 square metres. There are three types of condominiums on offer: two bedroom, three bedroom and four bedroom. They are ready for possession, the company said.
