Samak may face charge for his comment against "half-bald man"

Isaan Liberation Front leader Thaikorn Polsuwan on Monday filed a compliant with crime suppression police accusing Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej of dereliction of duty for failure to take action against a "half-bald man" whom the PM accused of undermining a country.

Thaikorn was refering to the statement made by Samak during his weekly television programme "Talk Samak Style" on Sunday.

Thaikorn said Samak mentioned about the half-bald man as if he knew the identity of this man well. Samak also accused the man of committing a political subotage by polarising the country and creating political conflicts but he did not take any legal action against the man after continuing to talk about this man over the past two weeks.

Police said they would report the complaint to high-rankign police for consideration.
