Every bank has piled up plenty of gifts to draw visitors to the fair.

Siam City Bank's (SCIB) booth is a small version of an amusement park with a "Money-Go-Round". It has five subsidiary companies offering every kind of financial and investment product.

People making a financial transaction with the bank will get free photo-booth sticker stamps. Customers can also bid for special products such as Nokia N81 mobile phones, Canon digital cameras, Sony notebooks and LCD TVs.

Prices start from just Bt1.

Money raised from the event will be donated to the Thai Red Cross. Gold items are the highlight of SCIB's booth.

Customers who open a buffet savings account have a chance to win one of the 100 necklaces.

Krungthai Card, meanwhile, will offer travel gifts, its booth using the "travelling around the world" theme.

Cheap air tickets and package tours are among the prizes for its visitors.

All customers have to do to qualify for the prizes is make a KTC card transaction.

Kasikornbank aims to attract visitors by giving away big prizes like the new Honda Jazz, valued Bt650,000.

To qualify, customers need to use its financial services. Winners will be randomly chosen to take home the car or gold necklaces.

Even jasmine rice serves as a gift as rice prices have been soaring.

The Thai Credit Retail Bank will give jasmine rice to customers who open a savings account.
