Asian Property sells 69% of Baan Klang Muang



Asian Property Development has successfully sold 69 per cent of the 96 units of the Baan Klang Muang project at Lat Phrao-Chokchai 4. The project is valued at Bt500 million and is built under the urban-living theme. The project will offer home-offices and town houses with prices starting at Bt3.99 million per unit.

As a promotional activity, the company is throwing a "Big Thanks Party" between May 10 and May 11 at Siam Paragon for its customers. All who book a home at the event will get a gift voucher worth Bt20,000.

Major Development launches high-end project at Hua Hin

Major Development recently introduced the Marrakesh Hua Hin Residences, its luxury-condominium project worth Bt3 billion at Hua Hin.

The project comprises 404 units, with prices starting at Bt125,000 per square metre. It has eight buildings - two with eight storeys and six with four-storeys. The project also has two pool villas. There are 340 one-bedroom units with a utilisation space between 42 and 53 square metres, and 62 two-bedroom units with a utilisation space of between 76 and 81 square metres.

City high-rise

SC Asset introduces its latest condominium project

SC Asset recently launched the Centric Scene @ Ratchavipah, its latest condominium project worth Bt1.7 billion.

    The project has two high-rise condominium buildings with 714 units and three shops. The project has one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with utilisation spaces between 34.76 and 71.45 square metres and prices starting at Bt1.69 million.

    The developer has applied for an Environmental Impact Assessment licence, will start construction by the end of the year and expects to complete it by 2010.

Min buri-Suvarnabhumi

Temsiri launches development for middle-income market

Temsiri has launched Temsiri Park, its latest double-house and detached-housing project, at Min Buri-Suvarnabhumi with prices starting at Bt1.45 million per unit.

The project will have only 106 units with unitisation spaces starting at 36 square wahs for double-houses and 50.1 square wah for detached houses.

The project theme is modern contemporary and will target the middle-income market.
