Property developer Sinthoranee Property recently introduced The Sea Samui, its latest luxury-resort development at Koh Samui, Surat Thani province. The project is valued at Bt550 million.
The project will have six villas and 15 low-rise condominiums with prices starting at Bt7 million per unit.
The project theme will be Tropical Fusion and it will target domestic and foreign investors who want to buy a second home in Koh Samui.

Units in the project are priced between Bt1.1 million and Bt10 million.
Up to 60 per cent of home-buyers are Bangkok residents planning on a second home not too far from the city. The rest are from Saraburi province, the company's assistant managing director, Patcharawan Laosaranu, said.

On offer are detached houses and town houses with prices starting at Bt3.75 million for detached houses and Bt1.69 million for town houses.
The theme of this project will be community housing and it will also comprise a commercial area.
The company estimates a sale of Bt120 million from the grand opening, the company's executive vice president, Capton Kree Dejchai, said.
Town houses Plus Property offers seven options in its new project
The project is worth about Bt2 billion and will have 386 units with prices starting at Bt3.29 million per unit.
The company has designed seven models of town houses, offering customers the flexibility to pick the model they like most.
