Bangchak maintains oil prices
Bangchak Petroleum Plc will keep petrol and diesel prices unchanged during April 10-17, said its president Anusorn Sangnimnuan.
Due to the negative marketing margin of Bt1 a litre for diesel, Bangchak would shoulder a loss of Bt50 million during the period, he said.
West Texas crude oil prices on Wednesday hit a new record high at US$112.20 a barrel, the highest in 25 years on the back of weakening US dollar. Thai baht on Thursday morning moved up to Bt31.60-62 per dollar, from the Wednesday closing of Bt31.75.
