Noble 'Reveals' Bt1.3-billion project in Sukhumvit Soi 63

Noble Development has launched a Bt1.3-billion condominium project in Sukhumvit Soi 63: Noble Reveal.

The 27-storey Noble Reveal has 273 units. The developers have applied for an environmental impact assessment and construction licences.

The project, which was prebooked as soon as it was announced in the middle of last month, is scheduled for completion in 2010.

Luxury-housing developer plans new Magnolia Quality offerings

Luxury housing developer Magnolia Quality Development (MQDC) plans to launch a number of condominium projects in Pattaya this year, three of which will be under the Magnolia brand.

The projects are Baan Magnolias on Bang Na-Trat Road Km 7 in Pattaya and a Magnolia condominium on Sukhumvit Road. The company also plans to launch four middle-range condominiums called The Muse close to mass-transit routes this month.

The first project the company plans to launch this month is a Bt2-billion condominium project in Pattaya called "The Chur".

It will be developed by CPMQ, MQDC's joint venture with CP Land. The project will have six buildings with more than 700 units. Prices start at Bt1.5 million.

Single-detached houses

Property Perfect unveils residential units at Perfect Park

Property Perfect has launched a residential project close to the lake at its Perfect Park Rama V-Bang Yai development. Single-detached houses start at Bt2.99 million a unit.

The company is offering three new designs: the Coral, covering 134 square metres; the Canary, 136 square metres; and the Carina, 161 square metres.

The project is part of the company's drive to achieve sales growth of 10 per cent this year.

Narathiwat road

Supalai launches 27-storey condominium building

Supalai has launched a 27-storey condominium project called the Supalai Premium Ratchada-Narathiwas-Sathorn, close to Narathiwat Road.

The project comes in four configurations: studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units covering 36.5-106 square metres and priced from Bt1.9 million.

Supalai has applied for an environmental impact assessment licence.

Construction will begin in July and scheduled for completion in 2010.
