The Bt1.5-billion project rises to 37 storeys and comprises 596 units. Prices for a studio-type unit, spread over 30 square metres, start at Bt1.3 million. The project offers three choices: studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
Construction work on the project is expected to start by the end of the month. The developer obtained the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) licence last week and expects to get the construction licence by the end of this month. The project is scheduled to be completed by 2010.
CONDOMINIUMS SC Asset Corporation unveils new 'Centric Scene' offering
SC Asset Corporation is launching its latest condominium project, worth Bt1.7 billion, under the brand "Centric Scene" on Ratchadaphisek Road.
The project has two buildings with 714 units and will offer one- and two-bedroom units covering between 34.76 square metres and 71.45 sq m. Prices start from Bt1.69 million per unit.
Work on the project has started and the developer is applying for the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) licence. Construction is expected to be completed by 2010.

The Iris Group has introduced "Iris Orchid Park", a project worth almost
Bt700 million, on Srinakarin-Taparak Road.
The project offers detached houses and comprises 140 units at a starting price of Bt3.99 million per unit.
The company offers four types of design configurations with units covering between 154 square metres and 220 sq m. Buyers can choose between houses with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and those with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The developer has applied for an Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) licence and construction on the Lumpini Place Rama VIII project is slated to begin by the end of next month. The project offers four configurations, including standard, superior 1, superior 2 and superior 3. The units cover an area between 30 square metres and 63 sq m and prices start at Bt1.2 million for the studio-type unit.
The project will be complete by August 2009.
