Advance Info Service Plc filed to the Stock Exchange yesterday that the company and its cellular service provider subsidiary Digital Phone Co is considering whether to file the case at Civil Court to revoke the arbitration panel's ruling in the dispute case between DPC and Total Access Communication Plc (DTAC).

The arbitration panel on March 25 ruled that DPC should pay DTAC for the amount of US$ 69,901,211.20, plus interest rate at the rate of 9.5 per cent per annum from the claimed amount of US$ 87,376,514.00 by DTAC for the assignment to DPC the rights to operate the 1800 MHz spectrum, the facilities and equipment, and the network roaming.
