The concept is based on a combination of natural colours and lifestyle.

The Intro, whose slogan is "Intro to Your Perfect Life", will be surrounded by 1 rai of greenery. The starting price for units is Bt2.5 million.

The project is located near major shopping centres, with easy access to the Skytrain.

Rapi Pinijchob, deputy managing director for marketing and product development at Rasa, said: "Nowadays, the purchase decision depends on the convenience of travel facilities."

The 37-storey condominium consists of 450 units. The smallest  measures 37.86 square metres and costs Bt2.5 million, while the largest  occupies 90.42 sqm and costs Bt8.6 million.

Construction will be completed by the end of 2010.

Rasa is developing four other projects besides the Intro at Phaholyothin-Pradiphat - the Rasa Spanish Courtyard in Soi Mayalard of Kaset-Nawamin Road, The Wilmore in Phaholyothin Soi 32, The Lighthouse in Sathorn-Charoennakorn Soi 14, and Rasa Park Lane in Soi Watcharapol of Ram-Indra Road.
