Phyathai raises capital
Thai Prasit Patana, the operator of Phyathai Hospital, will raise the registered capital from Bt1.7 billion to Bt2.7 billion, through the issuance of 1 billion shares.
The shares will be offered to existing shareholders at Bt1 par value.
Vichai Tongtang, chairman, said that the fund mobilising would strengthen the company's finances and operations.
