Preuksa storms market with five detached-house developments

Preuksa Real Estate will launch five new detached-house projects worth Bt2.4 billion by the end of this month.

This is part of the company's drive to achieve sales of Bt4.48 billion in the first quarter, said Prasert Tadulyasathit, the company's senior executive vice president.

The five projects are located on Rangsit-Klong 3, RamaV-Bang Yai, Ratanathibath-Ratchapreuk, Rangsit-Klong 2 and Srinakarin.

The projects will have starting prices between Bt1.7 million and Bt2.2 million. The units across these projects will have a coverage space between 116 and 150 square metres.
