Flexible living options at three new Property Plus projects

Plus Property has launched three new Town Plus projects worth Bt2.6 billion under the "Flexible Option" concept.

They are located on Buddha Mondhol I Road, Krungthep Kreetha Road and the Bueng Kum district.

The project located along Buddha Mondhol I Road has prices starting at Bt2.79 million per unit, while units at the Krungthep Kreetha Road project have a starting price of Bt3.29 million. Townhouses at the Bueng Kum project start at Bt2.99 million.

The projects will focus on the middle- to upper-market segments. Under the "Flexible Option" theme, the customer can design their house according to their lifestyle needs, such as combining two bedrooms into one, said Dusadee Tancharoen, the company's senior marketing manager.
