Team of doctors have recommended that HM the Queen suspends her royal activities for a while to ensure she gets enough rest.
The statement issued Sunday said the Queen's condition is improving and there are no complications.
There was no longer inflammation in the sinus, the statement said.
HM the Queen was delighted that many groups of people including foreign leaders and people sent get well and well-wishing to her during her stay in the hospital.
