Muang Thai Life Assurance on Monday received "BBB+" and "AA (Thailand)" insurer financial-strength ratings from Fitch Ratings on the strength of its operational results, financial reserve and distribution channels.

Last fiscal year, the company reported Bt13.8 billion in gross premiums, securing its position among the top four life-insurance companies in the Kingdom.
