Khan Prachuabmoh, the Government Housing Bank's president, said one of the important qualities the bank looks for in new employees is "passion".

"By passion, we mean we are looking for people who put their life and soul into everything they do," he said.

Khan said passion is an intense emotion that overpowers one's feelings.

"People who work with passion at GH Bank will literally run through hoops to help customers get their dream homes," he said.

People with passion for their jobs, he said, do not need to be told that they must perform because they are already instilled with the spirit to do everything within their power to help customers.
