Mingkwan to discuss call rate cut on Friday
The Commerce Minister Mingkwan Sangsuwan will talk with all cellular operators on Friday on his plan to have them reduced the airtime rates for the low-income earners. The cellular operators once said that it is possible to offer the new SIM cards with lower airtime rates but the SIM card number should be limited. -The Nation
