Small and medium-sized customers already account for half of all clients of the US-based maker and supplier of automated identification and data-capture equipment.
The company is targeting companies from four industries - industrial goods, transportation and logistics, consumer packaged goods and retail.
Piyarat Srivaranon, country manager for Thailand, yesterday said the number of small and medium-sized customers had shown good growth. Gaining more clients will enable the company to maintain a strong performance and impressive growth in the long run. The company is looking to attract all businesses throughout the supply chain.
However, he said the policy would not be at the expense of large companies, which comprise half of its clients.
To implement this strategy, Piyarat said the company was looking for high-potential dealers who could help it reach out to its target customers.
Mike Wills, senior vice president for global sales and service, said the region had a promising future, due to high growth in markets like China, Vietnam and India.
