"The upcoming litigation has no impacts on my work and I will leave office only if convicted," Uraiwan said on Monday.

She and other two colleagues, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Surapong Suebwonglee and Deputy Transport Minister Anurak Jureemas, are among the 47 defendants, including former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra, involving in 16 indictments for abuse of power and graft violations.

As the plaintiff, the Assets Examination Committee wants the Samak Sundaravej government to adhere to the ethical standard by suspending the three ministers during graft trial in the Supreme Court.

The case was lodged with the high court this morning.
