Sathit named new TMB chairman

TMB Bank Plc's board of directors has appointed Sathit Limpongpan as chairman.

Sathit has been acting chairman since Somchainuk Engtrakul resigned at the end of January, the bank told the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The appointment took effect on February 28.

Sathit is now the deputy permanent secretary of the Finance Ministry.
