Sompong rejects transfer reports
Justice Minister Sompong Amornwiwat on Tuesday denied reports that he would transfer the ministry permanent-secretary Charan Pakdithanakul to inactive post.
Sompong blamed the media for "listening to people who have ill intention against the government''.
"You have asked me for the tenth time. The reports are not true and impossible,'' he said.
He said Charan had requested to be moved to the court before he assumed ministerial post but he asked Charan to continue working for the ministry.
