Ratiwatanas on course

Sonchat Ratiwatana and Sanchai Ratiwatana remained on course for a third ATP title after they upset fourth-seeded Marcelo Melo and Andre Sa of Brazil in the semi-final of the US$769,000 Regions Morgan Keegan Champion-ships in Memphis.

Sonchat and Sanchai staved off four match points in the super tie-break to beat the 2007 Wimbledon semi-finalists 3-6 6-3 15-13. In the final, the Thai duo will be up against top seeds Mahesh Bhupathi of India and Mark Knowles of the Bahamas.
