Seripisut was speaking after he reported for work at the Office of the Prime Minister.
Seripisut had earlier said he would meet Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej today to find out the reasons for his transfer.
Seir met deputy Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat after he was seconded to inactive post at the PM's Office and faced disciplinary investigation on three charges.
He said one of the three charges levelled against him was that he used abusive language with his subordinates. Other charges include his alleged involvement in the Bt9 billion contract to lease police vehicles.
Seri said he was in good spirits over the allegations. "I still have the chance to work at the same post. I will wait for the opportunity to return and take it back,'' he said.
Samak has left for Cambodia this morning for the two-day official visit.
