The company also launched its marketing campaign "Zero Or Free" yesterday by joining with partners Siam Commercial Bank and Index Living Mall. The campaign runs to March 31.

The promotion offers two choices for buyers who buy residences at three Tararom projects: Neighbour Home Watcharapol, Parkway Chalet Ramkamhaeng and Promenade Home Thonburi.

The first choice in this campaign is called "Zero". Buyers will receive two special promotions: paying nothing in both principal and interest for six months and paying zero interest for 10 months for purchasing home decorations at Index Living Mall for a maximum budget of Bt200,000.

The second choice is called "Free". Buyers will receive free interest for one year and free home decorations worth up to Bt200,000.

Tararom managing director Wasan Kiangsiri said the company expected sales of Bt130 million for the one-month campaign and had set aside a marketing budget of Bt4 million.

Fanta bubbly

Fanta has launched its latest global advertising campaign in Thailand to encourage the young-at-heart to put more play into their lives.

Requiring a budget of Bt30 million in the first three months, "Fanta Play" aims to strengthen Fanta's leadership in Thailand's Bt7-billion flavoured sparkling beverage segment, where it has a 78-per-cent market share.
