Fanta launches global campaign

Fanta has launched the latest global advertising campaign entitled 'Fanta Play' in Thailand, to encourage the young-at-heart to put 'more play' in their everyday lives.



The campaign is aimed at strengthening Fanta's leadership in Thailand's Bht 7,000 million flavoured sparkling beverage segment, where it has a 78 per cent market share, which is four times higher than the share of all other flavoured sparkling beverage brands combined.

 Coca-Cola (Thailand) Ltd Region Marketing Director Chuenhathai Vuntanadit said, "Thailand is among the top ten Fanta markets globally, and ranks second only to China in Asia.  In Thailand, our share rose by two points in 2007 and we can still see potential for growth of the Fanta brand and the three core flavours, as well as opportunities to introduce distinctive, modern and innovative campaigns to Thailand's flavoured sparkling beverage market.

communicating our brand equity, we aim to strengthen our leadership and convey the 'full-on' Fanta sensorial amazement of experience through the launch of the Fanta Play campaign."
