Famous designers to be in Bangkok

Three top designers have agreed to share their experience with Thai designers at the Big Design Week event, said Export Promotion Department Director-General Rachane Potjanasuntorn.

Three designers are Stephen Burks from Readymade Projects Inc, Global Color Research Ltd from Britain and Kazuhisa Sadogawa from I & R System Co.

They will give information about marketing and design trends in the United States, Europe and Japan under the "Design Trend 2009" topic.

"Big Design Week is an event to give a chance to exporters to learn about the design in depth. We believe that the event will encourage a power of creative and develop thinking of Thais " he said.

The event will be held on March 3-7 at Thailand Creative and Design Centre (TCDC).
