Chaiwat takes PPP and its leader to the court again

Chaiwat Sinsuwong, chairman of the Confederation of I-san People moves to file a complaint with the Supreme Administrative Court to check the legitimacy of the People Power Party and its leader.

Chaiwat wants the court decision whether the PPP was qualified for the election as a nominee of the disbanded Thai Rak Thai Party; whether People Power leader Samak Sundaravej was qualified to run in the race as the proxy of former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra.

Chaiwat resigned from the Democrat Party after the party opposed his move to file such a complaint with the Supreme Court under the party name.
