One-Two-Go flight to Bangkok forced to turn back

Technical problems yesterday forced a One-Two-Go flight to return to Chiang Mai International Airport 10 minutes after takeoff.

Published on February 16, 2008

Capacity flight OG 8127 took off from Chiang Mai at 5.30pm headed for Bangkok. Ten minutes later passengers were told they were heading back because of technical problems.

The aircraft was repaired at Chiang Mai.

One passenger said the plane had shaken heavily and its air-conditioners made loud noises as it took off.

Some passengers were forced to wait for a 10pm One-Two-Go flight, while others were found seats on other airlines.
