The precocious teenager fought with her back to the wall to close the over two-hour long match at 6-2 1-6 7-6 (7/4).
In the doubles semi-finals, the top duo of Chan Yung-jan and Chuang Chia-jung of Taiwan beat second seeds Hsieh Su-wei of Taiwan and Vania King of the US 6-4 6-3.
Radwanska's first professional title came last year in Stockholm. She earned US$25,650 for her latest win and will break into the top 20 for the first time next week.
"I was surprised when she closed the second set with ease. I was up 5-1 in the third and then she came back and fought till the last point. I had two match points but didn't make it,'' Radwanska said.
"Suddenly I was down 5-6 and facing match point. I fought till the last point as well. I am happy that I won the tie-break,'' said the teenager, who will celebrate her win by shopping at the beach city before returning to the circuit next week.
"I'm really tired now. I haven't had a break since December,'' Radwanska said.
Craybas may be disappointed with the result but the 33-year-old was satisfied. "I fought very hard and gave my 100 per cent out there. So I have no regrets about it,'' she said.
According to the latest WTA calendar, the event will be moved to Bangkok from next year and be upgraded to a tier III (from its present tier IV) tournament.
