Flights of fashion for Lotus Arts de Vivre

The garden at Bangkok's Sukhothai Hotel's was transformed recently into a spectacular setting for Lotus Arts de Vivre's 25th-anniversary retrospective exhibition, which proved a popular draw for Asia's glamorous socialites.

Following a moment's silence in honour of the late Princess Galyani Vadhana, guests viewed Lotus Arts de Vivre's new art masterpieces as well as a special display of Rolf and Helen von Bueren's private collection of rare cashmere shawls.

The event's highlight was the showing of fine jewellery pieces from the private collections of selected clients, including Khunying Natthika (Angubolkul) Wattanavekin, Sumanee Guna-Kasem, Khunying Chodchoy Sophonpanich, Wongchanoke Chevasiri, Dr Disaphol Chansiri and Nuchanart Visudhipol.

Quintessentially, which bills itself as the world's leading luxury-lifestyle group, had hand-delivered the party invitations and made all the arrangements for the "VVIP" foreign guests, from hotel bookings to sessions at the party with experts in feng shui and the tarot.

The premium thirst-quenchers were provided by Italian Fine Wines, who ensured that guests enjoyed Batasiolo and a great vodka from Russian Standard.

Guests continued to party well into the night at the hotel's Zuk bar.
