Woman arrested at Asoke
Police have arrested a woman who allegedly picked up a package of automobile parts containing 1.6 kilograms of cocaine from Bolivia for her husband to distribute to Thai customers.

Thanyanant Khomkham, 28, was arrested at the Asoke Skytrain station while delivering the package to an unidentified customer there, Lt-General Wuth Liptapanlop, head of the anti-narcotics department, said yesterday.
On January 28, US officials in Miami discovered a package containing cocaine from Bolivia destined for a recipient named Thanyanant Khomkham in Pathum Thani.
Undercover officials delivered the package to Thanyanant's Pathum Thani home and she took it to the Skytrain station. However, the customer did not show up and police arrested Thanyanant and seized the drugs.
