The SET index was down by 2.2 per cent to 789.88 at midday on Wednesday.

The trading value was at Bt9.07 billion.

PTT was the most active stock falling 3.68 per cent to Bt314, while Siam Commercial Bank was down by 2.89 per cent to Bt84. PTT Aromatics and Refining plunged by 3.2 per cent to Bt37.7, while PTT Exploration and Production fell by 3.38 per cent to Bt143. - The Nation
