Royal endorsement sought for Samak Cabinet list
His Majesty the King will grant a royal audience Wednesday at 4.30 pm for the prime minister to receive the royal command on the Cabinet lineup.
Incoming Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej said on Tuesday that Cabinet secretary-general Surachai Phuprasert had presented the list of the Cabinet line-up to His Majesty the King for Royal approval.
He said if the Royal command is granted, he would lead his 35-member Cabinet to be sworn in before His Majesty the King at an oath-taking ceremony.
